Trans-A Cream

Barnett Dermatology's Trans-A cream is our own, specially-formulated Retin-A cream. Our Trans-A Cream contains tretinoin (retinoic acid), caffeine and green tea, and comes in two different strengths. In addition to improving aging lines and overall skin texture, the Trans-A cream improves acne and helps to reduce sun-related pigmentation (darkening of the skin) and sun-damage spots.
